St Pauls Church Kitwanga, BC CanadaI've been posting images from around Northern Indiana recently. So this image is a departure from the recent norm. Pam wants to go to Alaska again. This would be our third trip. She wants to go the "Inside Passage". So the rough plan, so far, is to go in the pick up truck (the diesel). We would sleep in the truck sometimes and in hotels or "road houses" other times. If any of you have experience in the ferry system or the inside passage I'd love to hear from you. Now to the picture... We met a guy in an RV park on our second trip to Alaska. We were on our way to Alaska. He asked what route we were taking. There are not many. So I told him how we would be going and he convinced me to take the southern route through BC. As it turns out I much prefer the Northern route. BUT there are a few gems in the southern route. This image is one of them. It is St Pauls Church in Kitwanga BC. The bell tower is pretty tremendous if you ask me. I've never seen anything like it before (or since). I wonder how unusual it is, or if my experience is so limited that it just seems unusual to me. Across the street a ways were totem poles and we had an interesting experience there. I'll save that for tomorrow! Don't forget to let me know if you have info on the inside passage. Thanks,
